This all rubber inflatable gag with airway is perfect for someone who wants an inflatable rubber gag. The gag includes a 1/2" hole that extends through a 9" long rubber tube. The hand pump controls how gagged they get and the airway tube gives you control of their breathing or you can force any sort of liquid into their mouth through the tubing.
